Our extensions are made from premium human hair; however, we do not recommend colouring or chemically altering them. Any colouring, toning, or use of pigmented products (including purple shampoo) is undertaken entirely at your own risk. We accept no liability for damage, dryness, tonal changes, or reduced longevity resulting from chemical processing.

Olaplex and similar high-protein treatments must not be used on our hair extensions. As extensions are not connected to the scalp, they do not receive natural oils or nourishment. Protein-heavy products can cause irreversible dryness and breakage. Damage caused by protein treatments is not covered under any guarantee.

Extensions should be washed no more than twice per week. Overwashing, incorrect products, or improper maintenance will significantly reduce their lifespan. We advise following our aftercare guidance strictly to preserve quality and longevity.

In the unlikely event of an error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The hair must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a resolution accordingly.

With strict adherence to our aftercare guidelines, our extensions typically last 9–12 months. Longevity depends entirely on maintenance, lifestyle, and product use. We cannot accept responsibility for reduced lifespan where aftercare instructions have not been followed.
